PRACTICE AREAS
U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law:
U.S. Immigration Law is federal and applies equally to all states and all U.S. consulates abroad. Most immigration filings are done by mail and in most cases do not require personal appearance of attorneys. This allows us to effectively represent clients from virtually all over the country and the world.
Although the firm can provide immigration assistance and counsel for most types of immigration issues, we have limited the scope of our practice to family and employment based immigration in order to better serve our clients.

Jesse P. Marchan, Esq. A proud product of U. S. immigration himself, Jesse provides his clients with a unique understanding and hands on experience in family and employment based immigration. He has over 25 years of combined legal experience; 22 years as an immigration lawyer, handling basic to complex immigration law issues for individuals, families, and various organizations all over the United States.
Representative clients include medical, educational, tech and religious organizations recruiting workers for under-served areas. Before moving to the United States in 1995, Jesse was a litigation attorney at the law firm of Remollo, Melocoton & Associates in Makati, Philippines. During the same period, he also served as staff attorney and consultant to then Senator Agapito A. Aquino, Senate of the Philippines. Jesse, is a proud member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (LSBA) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP). He was a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) from 2008 through 2018. He is fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
